ORLEN CONNECT, the largest sourcing platform in Poland
Design and deployment of a centralised SAP SRM/MM procurement platform for ORLEN Group, spanning 15 entities across 4 countries. The project standardised sourcing processes, integrated with ERP systems and trained a 60-strong procurement team. The result was the largest sourcing platform in Poland, covering the full procurement cycle from requisition to contract.

SAP Ariba Buying and Supplier Risk deployment for the largest convenience-store chain in Central Europe. The project digitised indirect-category purchasing, automated the supplier risk-assessment process and integrated with the existing SAP landscape. The solution enabled procurement centralisation for an expanding franchise network.
KGHM · SAP Ariba, Fieldglass & S/4HANA integration
An end-to-end procurement transformation for one of the world's three largest copper producers. The deployment covered SAP Ariba (sourcing and supplier management), SAP Fieldglass (external services) and full integration with S/4HANA. The project addressed the specific needs of the mining sector: from framework-agreement management to compliance with mining regulations.

SAP Ariba deployment for LOT Polish Airlines, Poland's flag carrier with over 90 years of history. The project digitised procurement processes, rolled out sourcing modules and integrated the platform with airline operational systems. A key challenge was the aviation sector's regulatory landscape, including safety requirements and supplier certification.

SAP Ariba deployment for one of Greece's largest energy groups, a cross-border project delivered with a CEE/SEE team. Motor Oil Hellas operates a refinery with a throughput of over 180,000 barrels per day. The project covered sourcing modules and supplier management, tailored to the Greek market and Mediterranean supply chain.
