A central SAP SRM/MM procurement platform for 15 ORLEN Group entities across 4 countries: refining, petrochemicals, energy and a 1,800-station fuel network, each entity with its own systems and its own habits. I led the 60-person delivery team: buyers, IT, consultants and business users. The platform covered the full cycle from requisition to contract.

SAP Ariba Buying and Supplier Risk for Poland's largest convenience chain: 12,823 Żabka stores as of 30 June 2026 and a growth rate procurement has to keep up with. Indirect purchasing, supplier risk assessment and integration with the existing SAP environment in one central process, instead of scattered ordering across a fast-growing franchise organisation.
